Dispatch
Once we have received your order it will be dispatched within 1-4 business days.
All orders placed after 12pm Monday to Friday, or on any public holiday, will be processed the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dealt with the next working day.
If you require your Bibee Dress / Bibee Bib for a specific date, or a special occasion, please call us on 020 8289 7806 after placing your order, so we have the best chance of meeting your timescale.
UK Delivery
All UK deliveries are made using Royal Mail.
A signature is required on delivery and if you are not present when your parcel arrives it will be taken to a local sorting office. If this happens, a card will be left informing you of where you can go to collect it. Special Delivery Next Day recipients are also given the option to arrange redelivery.
Please note next day delivery is based on the day of dispatch, not necessarily on the day the order was placed. Delivery may take longer than 1 day to the Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and the Isles of Scilly.
European Delivery
Shipment to European countries is made using Royal Mail International.
Please note the prices shown below are guide prices and larger orders may be subject to additional postage charges once an order has been placed.
Rest of the World Delivery
We happily ship to the rest of the world. Orders are subject to a standard £25 postage fee and will be shipped via DHL. Additional postage charges may apply on larger items and you will be notified via email, prior to shipping, should this be necessary.
